New Moms Listening Session

Mothers with babies 0–12 months in Allegheny County, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County are invited to a small, supportive online gathering focused on postpartum nutrition.

This cozy virtual circle offers space to ask questions, share experiences, and explore practical nutrition tips to support your energy and wellbeing during the first year after birth. Whether you’re breastfeeding, formula feeding, or doing a mix of both, you’re welcome here.

To honor your time, participants will receive a $50 stipend.
Registration is required, and space is limited to keep the group intimate and supportive.
