Green Pathways is our green initiative to develop a pipeline for the Black community to green job opportunities.

Green Pathways provides the access to training to members of the Black community with a focus on youth at-risk prepare unemployed/underemployed young people, returning citizens, veterans, and older workers access to the growing clean energy workforce.

The goal is to offering ongoing support and training opportunities so that increase the likelihood of completion of the program such as general stipends, transportation support, etc.

The second goal is educating members of the program to connect the relation of working in the green sector and the environmental justice issues inherent in underserved communities.

We are currently building partnerships with groups in the solar and wind industry across the Commonwealth.
