DESCRIPTION:Mothers with babies 0–12 months in Allegheny County\, Philadelphia\, and Montgomery County are invited to a small\, supportive online gathering focused on postpartum nutrition. \nThis cozy virtual circle offers space to ask questions\, share experiences\, and explore practical nutrition tips to support your energy and wellbeing during the first year after birth.
